ग्लोबल चीन का सेक्स आख्यान

     भूमंडलीकरण का सांस्कृतिक चरम है सेक्स का महाख्यान। इस महाख्यान के पाठ मीडिया और जीवन में सहज ही देखे जा सकते हैं। भूमंडलीकरण ने सेक्स को लत में तब्दील करके सारे समाज पर थोप दिया है और इस समय सेक्स के निशाने पर वे लोग हैं जो इसके आलोचक हैं। 
   चीन में इन दिनों कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी गहरे सेक्स संकट में जा फंसी है। भारत में भी यह बीमारी बढ़ रही है। चीनभक्तों को इस खबर से साम्यवाद विरोध की बू आ सकती है,लेकिन यह सच्चाई है और इसका सामना करना चाहिए। फिलहाल चीन के सेक्स संकट को देखें तो शायद चीजें ज्यादा बारीकी से समझ में आएं।

        कुछ दिन पहले इंटरनेट पर चीन के एक कम्युनिस्ट नेता की निजी डायरी किसी ने प्रकाशित कर दी। इनका नाम है हन फेंग। ये कॉमरेड ग्वांगजी ज्युआंग स्वायत्त क्षेत्र की पार्टी कमेटी के नेता हैं। उनका मानना है कि किसी हैकर ने उनके कम्प्यूटर को हैक करके यह डायरी कम्प्यूटर से उड़ा ली और उसे इंटरनेट पर प्रकाशित कर दिया। यह काम उन्हें अपमानित करने के लिहाज से किया गया है। हो सकता है उनके बयान में सच्चाई हो। लेकिन उस सच  का क्या करें जो डायरी में लिखा है ? क्या कॉमरेड हन फेंग इस डायरी में वर्णित सत्य से इंकार कर सकते हैं ? 
   इस डायरी में विस्तार के साथ और पूरे ब्यौरों में जाकर बताया गया है कि ये जनाब किस तरह विभिन्न औरतों के साथ सेक्स किया करते थे,किस तरह घूस लेते रहे हैं। इस डायरी के प्रकाशित होते ही हन को गुनजी टॉबैको मोनोपॉली एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन के निदेशक पद से तत्काल निलम्बित कर दिया गया। 
    दूसरी ओर हन ने पुलिस में रिपोर्ट लिखाकर मांग की है कि पुलिस उस व्यक्ति का पता करे और दण्डित करे जिसने उनकी डायरी नेट पर लीक की है। पुलिस अभी तक किसी को पकड़ नहीं पायी है। 
    उल्लेखनीय है कि सन् 2009 के नवम्बर में यह डायरी लीक हुई थी और जिस समय लीक हुई उसके कुछ समय पहले ये जनाब टोबैको संस्था में पदोन्नति देकर निदेशक बनाए गए थे। डायरी में बताया गया है कि कैसे हन ने 23,700डॉलर की घूस ली और 56 बैंक्विट पार्टियों में शामिल हुए। इस डायरी में जिन औरतों ने साथ शारीरिक संबंधों का जिक्र आया है उनमें से किसी ने भी अभी तक डायरी में उल्लिखित तथ्यों का खंडन या समर्थन नहीं किया है।
    जिन औरतों के साथ संबंधों की बात डायरी में कही गयी है उनके विवरण और फोटोग्राफ भी नेट पर प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं। यह विवाद का विषय है कि जिन औरतों के फोटो दिए गए हैं वे वास्तव में वही हैं जिनका डायरी में वर्णन किया गया है। 
    मजेदार बात यह है कि हन की आम लोगों में बेहतरीन शरीफ आदमी की इमेज है और उसको नेट पर जबर्दस्त समर्थन मिल रहा है। उल्लेखनीय है चीन में इन दिनों सत्ता और भूमंडलीकरण का मद इस कदर सिर चढ़ा हुआ है कि साधारण लोग घूसखोरी और लौंडियाबाजी को वैध मानने लगे हैं। चीन के महान ब्लॉगर हन हन ने अपने ब्लॉग में लिखा है कि हन फेंग ईमानदार,कर्मठ,परिवारी किस्म के व्यक्ति हैं और इस पर हन ने नेट पर एक सर्वे भी किया जिसमें लाखों लोगों ने हन फेंग का समर्थन किया है।

   अब जरा डायरी के कुछ अंश पढ़ें और फैसला करें कि हन फेंग कैसे आदमी हैं ?
